Growing up in a Nubian and Malian household, I was surrounded by symbols of goddesshood—nose rings, toe rings, anklets, bangles, and rings that carried generations of meaning. Jewelry wasn’t just adornment in my home; it was identity, lineage, and spiritual expression. Being immersed in that richness made it feel like creating jewelry was already in my DNA.

That spark grew even stronger through the influence of Baba G, my family member who has crafted jewelry for over 50 years. His work has appeared in films like Black Panther and Wakanda Forever, showing me what it looks like to elevate culture, heritage, and artistry on a global stage. His legacy inspired me to step into my own craft and carve out my own creative path.

Jewels by Ebiinyah became my way of honoring where I come from while empowering women to embrace their inner glow, their inner goddess, and the beauty that’s uniquely theirs.
