Refund policy

💫 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged beyond repair
  • An incorrect item was sent and a replacement is unavailable
  • Your order cannot be fulfilled by Jewels by Ebiinyah

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🌙 Lost or Stolen Packages

Jewels by Ebiinyah is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

✨ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • The wrong item

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, or refund at our discretion.


Sale Items

Items purchased during sales, promotions, clearance events, or with discount codes are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
